Tumor can be of low or high grade. Low-grade malignant eccrine spiradenoma has a better prognosis. We present a malignant eccrine spiradenoma arising from a preexisting eccrine spiradenoma, which has an infrequent localization between lateral edge of nose and medial canthus. |
