Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range 0.04-8 µgmlˉ¹ with accuracy (average recovery) of 99.94% and precision (RSD) is less than 2.5% .The molar absorptivity is 20312 l.molˉ¹ .cmˉ¹ with LOD 0.012 µg.mlˉ¹ and LOQ 0.038 µg.mlˉ¹ .The method has been successfully applied to determine aniline . |
