Significados de la familia y la adolescente respecto a su embarazo

El embarazo en la adolescencia es el que se produce en una mujer entre el comienzo de la edad fértil y el final de la etapa adolescente. Entre las principales referencias utilizadas en los estudios cualitativos se encuentra el Interaccionismo Simbólico, adoptado como marco teórico para el desarrollo de este estudio. Para enfermería es importante el acercamiento a los significados que las personas otorgan a diversas situaciones de salud, enfermedad y de relaciones, de manera que permitan acceder al fenómeno que viven desde la perspectiva de quien los vive. El estudio pretende comprender los significados de la familia y la adolescente respecto a su embarazo. Es un estudio cualitativo, Diseño Teoría Fundamentada ya que su objetivo según Streuber Carpenter, es desarrollar una teoría o construcción teórica que explique algún fenómeno social, en este caso la familia y adolescentes embarazadas con datos obtenidos en escenarios naturales, el estudio se desarrollará de agosto 2019 a diciembre 2021; en el Centro de Salud de la Secretaria de Salud del Estado de Durango; Durango; participarán adolescentes embarazadas de 18 y 19 años de edad, que asistan a control prenatal, y el familiar que sea más significativo para la adolescente embarazada en ese momento, que ambos proporcionen su consentimiento informado; el tamaño de la muestra se establecerá mediante saturación teórica. En el análisis de información y construcción de teoría se utilizará el método comparativo constante (MCC), se utilizará la entrevista a profundidad para la obtención de los datos. Abstract Teenage pregnancy is the one that occurs in a woman between the beginning of childbearing age and the end of the adolescent stage. Among the main references used in qualitative studies is Symbolic Interactionism, adopted as a theoretical framework for the development of this study. For nursing, it is important to approach the meanings that people give to various situations of health, illness and relationships, so that they allow access to the phenomenon they experience from the perspective of the person who experiences them. The study aims to understand the meanings of the family and the adolescent regarding their pregnancy. It is a qualitative study, Grounded Theory Design since its objective according to Streuber Carpenter, is to develop a theory or theoretical construction that explains some social phenomenon, in this case the family and pregnant adolescents with data obtained in natural settings, the study is will run from August 2019 to December 2021; in the Health Center of the Secretary of Health of the State of Durango; Durango; pregnant adolescents of 18 and 19 years of age will participate, who attend prenatal control, and the family member who is most significant for the pregnant adolescent at that time, who both provide their informed consent; the sample size will be established by theoretical saturation. In the analysis of information and construction of theory, the constant comparative method (CCM) will be used, the in-depth interview will be used to obtain the data.
