Inability to fall asleep and wake jumping often has been accepted as normal event by Health professionals and patients. But is it true that ignored this problem? Despite this knowledge that there are specific reasons in every patients for sleep disorder, we decided to study the sleep disorder step by step. To do this , a questionnaire was prepared and were distributed among 115 patients. The result was not too surprising, but our awareness about problem increased and we could summarize the nursing diagnoses and finally to reach appropriate actions. |
