| Summary: | <p><em>The article describes results of a treatment of children 4-7 years old with chronic adenoiditis and adenoid hypertrophy II-III degree. It was shown that inclusion of topical bacterial immunocorrector IRS 19 in treatment scheme resulted in rapid and qualitative normalization of lymphoid tissue volume and biocoenosis of nasopharyngeal secretion, and in significant decrease of pathogenic contamination of nasopharynx.
