A 15-month-old girl who presented to us with a mass on the tongue in association with cleft of the soft palate is presented. She had cleft palate repair and incisional biopsy of the mass. Initial histology was lipoma. The mass was excised a year later and histology confirmed lipomatous harmatoma. | ||
