The method used is a survey research method with the number of samples in this study being grade 4 elementary school students at SD Negeri 17 Kuningan located in the center of the city of Kuningan Regency with a total of 60 students and SD Negeri 1 Andamui located in Andamui Village, Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency. with a total of 40 students. In this study, the instrument used was the assessment of manipulative motion learning outcomes. The results of research conducted at SD Negeri 17 Kuningan dealing with student manipulative movement skills, have a graduation rate of 43%, based on these results, there is a decrease in the level of achievement of graduation criteria based on data held by teachers with KKM standards in 2019 as much as 66.11%. Research conducted at SDNegeri 1 Andamui regarding the manipulative movement skills possessed by students, obtained a graduation rate of 47%. This has also decreased from the previous two years, namely in 2019 with data held by teachers of the 4th grade KKM graduation rate in 2019 of 71.28%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a decrease in the graduation rate based on the minimum passing criteria for manipulative movement skills in elementary school students. Recommendations for further research are that learning programs that can improve movement skills in elementary school students need to be implemented. So that children can have better movement skills, as a basis for doing more complex movement skills.
