| Summary: | Functional descriptions of the worked out method of dosage of physical activities are investigational in employments of health orientation for persons with cardiovascular diseases risk's factors. In research these approbations of method and cross-correlation analysis of these data were used with the results of the submaximal or maximal testing of the functional state of the cardiovascular system. Reliability, objectivity and informing of test, was determined. It is shown that a method has high diagnostic informing for the estimation of physical capacity and prognostic informing on a presence and degree of expressed of cardiovascular diseases risk's factors. |
