Summary: | In recent years, there has been an alarming trend - the incidence of cervical cancer affected by gestation is increasing and reaches, according to different authors, from 1 to 13 per 10,000 pregnant women. The disease does not always have a typical clinical and laboratory picture and requires additional interventions. This article describes a clinical case of cervical cancer in a pregnant woman. Taking into consideration features of the course of the disease given above the diagnosis of cervical cancer had difficulties. However, diagnosis and treatment interventions were acceptable, and the tactics chosen for the patient's management was optimal. |
