Description
Summary:Heterotopic gastric mucosa is rare in the pediatric population. We present a case of a 14-year-old girl with a 6-month history of intermittent rectal bleeding and failed sclerotherapy. Excision ultimately demonstrated heterotopic gastric mucosa.
