One learning model which mandated 2013 curriculum is the implementation of guided inquiry require the participation of learning resources such as interactive multimedia. This study aims to determine the effect of interactive multimedia-assisted guided inquiry towards critical thinking skills. This study is a Quasi Experiment. The study population was all students in SMA Negeri 1 Sumberrejo the school year of 2015/2016 with a sample of students in class XI IPA 1, IPA 2, and IPA 5. The study was conducted in April-May 2016. The instrument in the form of critical thinking skills test. Data were analyzed with covariance (Anacova). The results showed that the interactive multimedia-assisted guided inquiry affect the students' critical thinking skills. LSD test results show the critical thinking skills of students increased by 400,2% in the class of gieded inquiry and 416.8% in class multimedia-assisted guided inquiry. Berpikir kritis (critical thinking) merupakan salah satu kecakapan berpikir yang penting pada abad XXI. Hasil TIMSS menunjukkan rata-rata kemampuan domain penalaran dan penerapan relatif rendah. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang diamanatkan Kurikulum 2013 adalah inkuiri terbimbing yang pelaksanaannya membutuhkan peran sumber belajar, seperti multimedia interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan multimedia interaktif terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini merupakan Quasi Experiment. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Sumberrejo Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 dengan sampel siswa kelas XI IPA 1, IPA 2, dan IPA 5. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April-Mei 2016. Instrumen berupa soal tes keterampilan berpikir kritis. Data dianalisis dengan kovarian (Anakova). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan multimedia interaktif berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Hasil uji LSD menunjukkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat sebesar 400,2% pada kelas inkuiri terbimbing dan 416,8% pada kelas inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan multimedia.
