全球化時代國際教育中的意識型態 The Ideologies in International Education in the Age of Globalization

國際教育背後有其特定的意識型態，這些意識型態極其複雜、隱性及能動的本質，讓它們非常不易被觀察與瞭解。處於全球化時代，國際教育已經成為各國教育不可或缺的一個區塊，然而，大部分的教育工作者對於這些意識型態卻缺乏概念與經驗。本研究綜整從批判的角度解讀國際教育的相關論述及研究，歸納出四種主要意識型態，即民族主義、國際主義、全球主義及世界主義，並藉由四種意識型態在全球化過程中的發展趨勢，提出「國際教育意識型態座標架構」，希望提供教育工作者一個瞭解、觀察及分析國際教育意識型態的工具。There are certain ideologies behind international education, but with their complicated, tacit and dynamic nature, these ideologies have been very difficult to be observed and understood. Most educators are lack of the concepts and experiences of these ideologies. This article synthesizes the international education discourses and research that with critical perspectives, and found four main ideologies, namely nationalism, internationalism, globalism and cosmopolitanism. This research also proposed an international education ideology framework based on the literature synthesis, providing a tool for educators to observe and analyze the ideologies hidden behind international education.
