This is an experimental study using the randomized pre - and posttest control group design and involving a total of 96 junior high school students di vided into 3 sample groups of 32 students each. From the results of data analyses, it can be concluded that jigsaw CLS and modular jigsaw CLS improved students' understanding about DHF prevention better than conventional learning while modular jigsaw CLS improved students' understanding about DHF prevention better than jigsaw CLS. Abstrak: Implementasi Strategi Pembelajaran Jigsaw dan Peningkatan Pemahaman Pencegahan Demam Berdarah Dengue. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan pengaruh strategi pembelajaran jigsaw dan jigsaw bermodul dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam pencegahan DBD. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Randomized Pre and Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel sejumlah 96 siswa diambil dari 3 sekolah, masing-masing sekolah 32 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi jigsaw dan strategi jigsaw bermodul dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam pencegahan DBD lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Strategi jigsaw bermodul dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam pencegahan DBD lebih baik dibandingkan dengan strategi jigsaw.
