Summary:The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of role conflict and emotional exhaustion of teachers and commitment to the organization. The experiment was conducted on teacher SMPN 2 and SMPN 12 Malang, amounting to 64 people and hypothesis testing is done by using path analysis. The results  of this study suggest that there is no direct effect of role conflict and emotional exhaustion on commitment to the organization, but both of them (role conflict and emotional exhaustion) had an indirect influence on organizational commitment.   Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran dan kelelahan emosional guru dan komitmen terhadap organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada guru SMPN 2 dan SMPN 12 Malang yang berjumlah 64 orang dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh langsung dari konflik peran dan kelelahan emosional pada komitmen terhadap organisasi, tetapi keduanya (konflik peran dan kelelahan emosional) memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi.
