520 |a Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) is one of the most common types of skin cancer. The incidence of the skin cancer is increasing year by year and seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Therefore, finding new targeted markers is of great significance for diagnosis and treatment. In recent years, the role of long non-coding RNA in diseases has been paid more attention. It is involved in the development of diseases through influencing transcription, epigenetics, and regulating competitive endogenous RNA networks. In cSCC, its related LncRNAs are abnormally expressed and affect tumor phenotypes through molecular, gene, signal pathway and other ways. In this review, we summarize studies on the role of seven common long non-coding RNA in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
