| Summary: | This paper summarized the key issues of nursing in the Mohs micrographic surgery. It is required to enhance the preoperative preparation and postoperative observation on surgical incisions. Guidance of taking observation of disease recurrence and regular check after surgery is provided. In consideration of surgical site, depth of tumor invasion, proper suture closure method and targeted nursing measures are suggest and proved to reduce the trauma caused by surgery. (本文就Mohs显微描记术的围手术期的护理要点进行总结。术前完善各项准备工作, 术后做好直接缝合、皮瓣缝合、植皮患者取皮区直接缝合切口以及植皮区皮片移植区、二期愈合创面的切口观察与护理, 指导患者观察疾病有无复发, 告知患者定期复查。根据手术的位置、面积、肿瘤侵犯深度不同, 采取针对性的缝合方式和护理措施, 降低手术对患者的损伤。) |
