Description
Summary:This paper aims to establish how, through teaching strategies such as dance, music, and games, an individual psychotherapeutic context is generated, to enforce the skills of boys or girls, achieve therapeutic goals and carry out a treatment plan using the three elements mentioned above. Hence, in the first place, there will be a brief look at the definition of psychology from the cognitive behavioural paradigm; then addressing clinical psychology, which is applied in the same area; and finally, it will pave the way to describe what music, dance and play are, setting up their respective contributions to the psychotherapeutic process.
