Summary:The urachal remnants and Meckel's diverticulum derived from the yolk sac at the eight-day of life. Even if they have a common embryological origin, the association between their abnormalities is exceptional. We report the case of a two-year-old girl who underwent surgery for acute abscesses of a urachal cyst. The surgical exploration found an association with a Meckel's diverticulum. Good outcome after surgery.
