Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disease of unknown etiology primarily affecting the lungs and intrathoracic lymph nodes but can affect virtually any organ. In our case, appearance of cutaneous lesion and further workup lead to the diagnosis of sarcoidosis. | ||
