Summary:A history case of juvenile ankylosing spondillo-arthritis onset with rapid development of asymmetric poliarticular involvement, sacroileitis, patient's disabling and his and his family disabling is represented in this article. The activity of disease was arrested by usage of soluble TNF receptors - etanercept. The function of involved joints was completely restored, the boy's life quality significantly improved. Inactive stage of disease was documented in 4 weeks, remission stage - in 7 months after the beginning of treatment.
