Frente estético con tejido dentario autólogo en visita única. Presentación de caso

<p><strong>Introducción:</strong> Los dientes cariados y fracturados en su porción corono-bucal, hoy se pueden restaurar de una manera funcional y estética. Los nuevos conceptos, técnicas y biomateriales que sobre adhesión se han venido desarrollando después de la década de los 50, han transformado la técnica de Frentes Estéticos en una excelente alternativa de restauración de una sonrisa, como un tratamiento conservador, de alta estética y tiempo clínico reducido. <strong>Objetivo</strong>: Describir un caso de restauración estético-funcional de un primer bicúspide superior derecho (14) endodonciado con fractura complicada de corona y raíz, porción corono-vestibular, en una visita. <strong>Presentación del caso</strong><strong>:</strong> Este trabajo se realizó como parte del tratamiento impuesto a un paciente de 34 años con antecedentes de caries dental de 5to grado del 14 con tratamiento pulporadicular radical. Hoy con fractura complicada de corona y raíz en la porción corono-vestibular, ante un trauma masticatorio según anamnesis, para lo cual se determinó previo examen intrabucal integral, restaurar en una visita empleando el fragmento dentario autólogo y nano composite fotopolimerizable. <strong>Conclusiones</strong><strong>: </strong>El frente estético con fragmento dentario autólogo para este tipo de restauración tiene mayores ventajas sobre los demás materiales, por su estabilidad química y color, al igual que su coeficiente térmico lo que le depara una mayor estabilidad a la interface diente-restauración, determinada por la resistencia micromecánica de la unión al esmalte.</p><p><strong>Palabras clave:</strong> Frente estético, carillas, cosmética dental, tejido autólogo, trauma dental.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><strong>Introduction</strong>: The teeth with cavities and fractured in its mouth-crowned position, can be restored today in a functional and aesthetic way. The new concepts, techniques and biomaterials that over adhesion have been developed after the decade of the fifty's have transformed the technique of Aesthetic Front into an excellent alternative for restoring a smile, with a conservative treatment, of high aesthetic and reduced clinic time. <strong>Objective</strong>: Describe the procedure of aesthetic-functional restoration of an endodontic 14 with complex crown and root fracture, vestibular-crowned portion, in one consult/view. <strong>Case Presentation</strong>: This work was carried out as part of the treatment imposed to a 34 years old patient with backgrounds of dental cavity of 5^th grade of the 14 from which resulted radical root pulp treatment. Today, with complex crown and root fracture in the vestibular-crowned portion, in the case of a mastication trauma according anamnesis for what, previous integral intra-mouthed examination was determinate to restore in one consult employing the autologe dental fragment and Nano (photo-polymerization) composite. <strong>Conclusions</strong>: The esthetic front with dental autologe fragment for this type of restoration has bigger advantages over the other materials, for its chemical and color stability as well as its thermal coefficient what it brings it a bigger stability at the tooth-restoration interface, determinate by the micromechanical resistance of the union to the enamel.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Aesthetic front; little fronts (sides); dental cosmetic,
