Summary: | Based on the analysis of semi-directive interviews conducted with a group of Regional Pedagogical Inspectors (IPR) in Music Education, the article identifies the elements that are important in the ability of these experts to deal with a situation that is considered critical. Based on knowledge of teachers' professional development, the study reveals a recurring process in the majority of interviews related to the emotional experience in the respondents' training path. Professional development is thus questioned here from the subject's point of view, opening a path towards the experiential dimension and its role in the ability to cope. |
