Evaluación formativa de las redes de colaboración del Centro de Excelencia en Enseñanza y Aprendizaje en Objetos de Aprendizaje (Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning in Reusable Learning Objects - RLO-CETL): la visión del primer año

<p><strong>RESUMEN</strong></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial;">Ante la presencia de unas condiciones del entorno que obligan al cambio, Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior, se considera la necesidad de realizar modificaciones en el método docente. Si a este hecho se le añade la falta de motivación del alumnado, la necesidad de transformar la rutina docente parece más que justificada.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial;">Ambas circunstancias han sido determinantes para el desarrollo y la puesta en marcha del proyecto de innovación docente que se presenta. El mismo se traduce en una serie de modificaciones relacionadas con la motivación y la evaluación. Con respecto a la motivación se ha establecido una forma autónoma o más independiente de trabajo así como la necesidad de un esfuerzo continuado a lo largo de todo el curso. En cuanto al método de evaluación se propone un sistema mixto que incentive al alumnado en su aprendizaje autónomo. Dicho proyecto se ha llevado a cabo en una asignatura de la Diplomatura de Ciencias Empresariales.</span></p><p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial;">Due to the new environment conditions forced by the new European Space of Superior Education, it is necessary to carry out some changes in the educational method. If we added to this fact the pupil's lack of motivation, the necessity of transforming the traditional educational method is very justified. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial;">Both circumstances have been decisive for the development and setting up of the educational innovation project that is presented. This project implies a series of modifications related to the motivation and the evaluation. Regarding motivation, an autonomous and more independent way of work has been settled down as well as the necessity of a continuous effort along the whole academic year. On the other hand, it has been proposed a mixed evaluation method that motivates the pupils in their autonomous learning. The project has been carried out in a subject of Management Studies.</span></p>
