تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تسليط الضّوء على حدود مشروع عقلانية الحداثة الغربية، وإلى تطوير نموذج عقلاني آخر لا يقطع مع الإيمان التّوحيدي، بل يقصد بلورة مشروع الحداثة الإسلامية في أفقها العقلاني بمقدّمات توجيهية. وفضلاً عن ذلك، فإنَّ موضوع هذه الورقة يجد أسبابه في مظاهر النقص والتأزُّم في مشروع عقلانية الحداثة، التي منها: حذف القداسة عن المعرفة، ووحدة العقلنة والعلمنة، وهيمنة العقل الأداتي والحسابي. ومن جهة أخرى يرتكز مشروع عقلانية الإيمان التَّوحيدي على: تضافر العقل والإيمان من أجل ترشيد مسيرة الإنسان، ووحدة التفسير والقيمة في قراءة الطّبيعة، والتَّكامل بين الملكات الإدراكية. This paper aims at highlighting the limits of the Western Modernistic Rationalism project, and accordingly, developing a model of alternative rationalism based on monotheistic faith that helps to actualize the Islamic modernity project. One of the reasons for introducing this alternative project is to avoid the drawbacks of the rationalism of Western modernity, which strips knowledge from holiness, views rationalism only through secularism, and allows the dominance of the instrumental and computational mind. Monotheistic rationalism, however, is based on the integration of faith and reason in order to streamline human life, to accomplish unity of value and interpretation in understanding nature, and to maintain integration of human cognitive faculties.
