The study, which is part of a broader research project (Cebrian, 2011, dir.), was carried out last year in the Education Degree subject "Prevention and treatment of children's learning difficulties". The aim was to explore the extent of the rubric's effectiveness as a tool for self-assessment of learning content and of "teamwork" competence, at the same time as experimenting with new forms of assessment in that area and involving the students in the assessment process. It is an experimental study involving 70 students divided into six experimental groups and six control groups, collecting data through different sources of information and analyzing the evolution of learning according to percentage change formula (Tellado, 2001), to ascertain at what point of the teaching-learning process the rubric is more effective. The results show that this is a tool that contributes to the learning of skills by students, that they are satisfied with its use and that it is in the third application of the resource that the best results are obtained.
