<p>Diagnosticul și terapia abuzului sexual reprezintă o provocare. Aceasta din cauza gradului înalt de traumatizare a victimei, proceselor defensive declanșate și, nu în ultimul rând, a tabuurilor ce vizează abuzul sexual. Articolul ilustrea­ză o perspectivă psihanalitică a impactului abuzului sexual asupra organizării sinelui copilului. Autorul analizează cum micul pacient încearcă să împiedice, prin intermediul proceselor disociative, amintirile traumatice și fantasmele înru­di­te, să-și infiltreze și să contamineze reprezentări mai puțin rele, astfel încât să poată supraviețui. Ipotezele prezentate în articol sunt formulate în baza analizei lucrului psihoterapeutic de orientare psihanalitică realizat cu victimele abuzului sexual, fiind prezentate două viniete clinice.</p><p><strong>THE IMPACT OF SEXUAL ABUSE ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE CHILD'S SELF-IDENTITY</strong></p><p>The diagnosis and sexual abuse therapy are a challenge. This is due to the high level of traumatization of the victim, to the defensive processes involved, last but not least to the taboo concerning sexual abuse. This article shows a psycho­analytical perspective over the impact of sexual abuse on the way the child organizes his self-identity. The author analyzes how the little patient, through-out the dissociative processes, tries to block traumatic memories and related phantasms, to infiltrate and contaminate the less evil representations, in order to be able to survive. The hypotheses presented in the article are based on the analysis of the psychotherapeutic psychoanalytic work with the victims of sexual abuse, two clinical case studies being presented.</p>
