Summary

<p><em>This article is devoted to the organization of the educational process of the Regional school of carving., turning and Metal Ornamentic (Ozdoba)" in 1905-1918. It is characterized by a source base on the particular topic, with great attention  to the analysis of the Report of the regional scientific institutionof carving, turning  and Metal Ornamentic (ornamentation) in Vyzhnytsya in 1912-1913. The report was compiled by the  by the first director F. Lyshovsky on the basis of the Inspection of the Regional school in Vyhzntsia. The inspection team was consisted of  the Minister Inspector Mr. K. Romstorfer, the Technical Inspector E. Kolbenhair and the  member of the Regional Department Dr. En Wender, and also "Account over Counselor" Mariann Straith. Also during the school year the institution was  visited by the Minister of Public Works, Excellence Dr. Ottokar Trnka, President of  Bukovina the Count Dr. Rudolf Meran, Marshalok- Bukovinian Baron Dr. Alexander Gomurzaki, Ambassador of the Sejm and the Duma of the State Knight Nikolai Vasylko, members of the regional department E. Pihulyak and E. Landver von Pragenav, the head of the Dr. Leo Ekh and architect Professor Valentiy Zaybold.</em></p> <strong><em>Key words: </em></strong><em>Bukovyna, Hutsulshchyna, Vyzhnytsia, folk crafts, regional school, folk masters.</em>
