Con el presente trabajo se ha pretendido contribuir al fortalecimiento de los valores humanos en los estudiantes de la facultad de medicina, desde la relación Universidad Familia, involucrando a lafamilia de forma planificada y sistemáticaen el proceso educativo que se desarrolla en la Universidad Médica de Camagüey, con ese propósito fue diseñada la estrategia propuesta. Se realizó la sistematizaciónde los fundamentos teóricos en que se sustenta la estrategia.Se expresan los resultados del diagnóstico realizado,permitiendo obtener información sobre el estado actual del problema objeto de investigación, y confirmando así,la necesidad de la estrategia que se propone a partir del desarrollo del nuevo modelo pedagógico que caracteriza la enseñanza superior en Cuba. Los resultados de la investigación pueden ser un instrumento metodológicovalioso para orientar y enriquecer el trabajo educativo en las instituciones de Educación médica<br>With the present work it has been sought to contribute to the invigoration of the human values in the students of the medicine ability, from the relationship University Family, involving to the family in a planned way and systematic in the educational process that is developed in the Medical University of Camagüey, with that purpose the proposed strategy was designed. He/she was carried out the systematizing of the theoretical foundations in that the strategy is sustained. The results of the carried out diagnosis are expressed, allowing to obtain information on the current state of the problem investigation object, and confirming this way, the necessity of the strategy that intends starting from the new pedagogic model's development that characterizes the higher education in Cuba. The results of the investigation can be a valuable methodological instrument to guide and to enrich the educational work in the institutions of Medical Education
