<p>Prezentul articol se axează pe analiza și sinteza literaturii de specialitate privind aplicarea metodei de învățare bazate pe probleme (<em>Problem Based Learning</em>).<strong> </strong>Se relevă că, în contextul implementării Proiectului "Introducerea metodelor de învățare bazată pe probleme în Moldova: Sporirea competitivităţii şi angajabilităţii studenţilor" ("<em>Introducing</em><em> Problem Based Learning in Moldova: Toward Enhancing Students: Competitiveness and Employability"</em>), finanțat în cadrul pro­gramului European Erasmus +, se impune ca necesară revizuirea programului de studii la specialitatea <em>Drept</em>. Bunele practici descrise și analizate în literatura de specialitate oferită de managementul proiectului ne permite să înțelegem care sunt aspectele-cheie ale aplicării modelului PBL în cadrul instituțiilor de învățământ superior. <strong></strong></p><p><strong>KEY ASPECTS OF PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING</strong></p><p>This article refers to the analysis of literature regarding the problem based learning. Based on this study conducted within the Project "Introducing Problem Based Learning inMoldova: Toward Enhancing Students' Competitiveness and Employability" funded by the European Erasmus+ Program, the curriculum for the Law Faculty should be reviewed. The best practices described in the literature offered by the project management allow us to understand the key aspects of using PBL in the universities.</p><p> </p>
