The purpose of this laboratory experimental </em><span style="font-family: Tribune-Italic; font-size: 9pt; color: #231f20; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"><em>study was to determine cytotoxicity differences between 5% tetracycline hydrochloride and 15% EDTA. 21 samples were used and </em><span style="font-family: Tribune-Italic; font-size: 9pt; color: #231f20; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"><em>classified into 3 groups: control, 5% tetracycline hydrochloride and 15% EDTA groups.
