| Summary: | <p>En este artículo se analiza una de las medidas de atención a la diversidad llevadas a cabo a partir de la Ley Orgánica de Educación (LOE): los Programas de Cualificación Profesional Inicial (PCPI). Se retrocede hasta los Programas de Garantía Social (PGS) y, a través de una exhaustiva revisión documental, bibibliográfica y legislativa, en conjunción con el método descriptivo, se ahonda en el desarrollo y evolución de una terminología clave a lo largo de un dilatado contexto socioeducativo, así como en el orígen, las características y dificultades más relevantes de ambas medidas. Del análisis de las fuentes estadísticas, a través del método comparativo, se permite estudiar la realidad de los PGS y evidenciar la situación actual de los PCPI, resaltando su interés actual y la necesidad de continuar avanzando hacia el modelo inclusivo propio de una educación de calidad basada en la equidad, la igualdad y la no discriminación.</p><p>This article provides a panorama with the measures of attention to diversity carried out from the Organic Law of Education (LOE): The Initial Vocational Qualification Programmes. It moves back to the Social Guarantee Schemes and, based upon a thorough documentary, bibliographic and legislative review, as a whole with the descriptive method, goes into the development and evolution of a key terminology throughout a long socio- educational context, as well as in the origin, characteristics and the most relevant difficulties of both measures. The analysis of the statistical sources, by means of the corporative method, allows to study the reality of the Social Guarantee Schemes and to show the current situation of the Initial Vocational Qualification Programmes, standing out its current interest and the need of moving towards the own inclusive model of a quality education based on the principles of equity, equality and non-discrimination.</p> |
