This text draws on three attempts for transforming managers' activity, in a training program and in two field interventions. The processing of real, complex situations is used to support a reflective work taking into consideration what happened and attempting to elaborate the knowledge gained. The analysis of the three cases highlights on one hand the centrality of the teams and of interactions in the reflective processes, on the other hand the double role of the consultant/trainer: contributing to probleme solving and supporting reflective processes.
