| Summary: | The present paper aims at the creation of a system of activities to be implemented in the physical educational focus of participation and maintenance of the physical sports recreational activities in the community Sur-Isleta. Different scientific methods were used in order to determine situations and allowed us to develop the investigation. We drew the conclusion that recreational baseball, wrestling, guerilla's basketball, games with animals and nature, dances, the rodeos, the open-air festivals, all have propitiated the development of physical recreational activities, and have influenced the public participation and the community's maintenance, and at the same time they enable the community members forging their own cultural identity. A system of activities for the participation in and the maintenance of physical sports recreational activities held in categories are proposed: objectives, content or description of the game, methods, means and rules. The system of activities proposed possesses an integral physical educational focus, which it is held on physical activities as the base of the educational beginnings, and it constitutes an instrument for active, systematic and maintained participation in the physical sports recreational activities of ample utility for the professors who work in the community. |
