創意問題解決模式對大學生創造力之影響與團隊凝聚力之關聯性 Influence of a Creative Problem-Solving Approach on College Students' Creativity and Its Relation With Team Cohesion
本研究旨在探討創意問題解決模式對工程學院大學生創造力之影響並探討其創造力與團隊凝聚力之關聯性。研究情境實施在臺灣北部某所公立大學機械工程系課程,研究編製創意問題解決模式,融入「工業 4.0 理論與實務」專題實作課程,教學課程為期 18 週,參與者為48 名大專生,並將其分為四人小組製作創意專題。本研究採用混合研究設計,蒐集問卷調查(團隊凝聚力問卷)、創造力測量(創意繪圖展開測驗)與半結構式訪談等方式,深入瞭解創意問題解決歷程融入創意思考教學之有效性。本研究採用描述性統計、t 檢驗與 Pearson 相關分析量化之結果。質化分析則採用半結構式訪談來支持量化之結果。研究結果顯示,機械工程系大學生在...
