Lipopolisakarida (LPS) diinduksikan dengan tujuan untuk menyebabkan infeksi periodontal pada buccal </em><span style="font-family: Tribune-Italic; font-size: 9pt; color: #231f20; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"><em>fold regio molar rahang atas, dengan dosis 5μl LPS/0,03PBS (konsentrasi 0,02 mg).
