| Summary: | The peculiarities of changes of systolic functional indexes of the right heart chambers and interventricular interaction depending on functional class of heart failure of ischemic genesis in 111 patients with chronic heart failure of I-IV functional class were studied. Chronic heart failure patients with I-III functional classes did not show correlation between systolic function indexes of left and right ventricles. In chronic heart failure patients with IV functional class indexes of systolic function of left and right ventricles change unidirectionally and decrease of systolic function of left ventricle is accompanied by similar change of the right ventricle. |
