<p>Relevanţa temei de cercetare constă în faptul că acest tip de corelație nu a fost cercetat și nu a fost făcut un studiu comparativ privind diferențele ce există între nivelul stresului ocupational și anagajamentul profesional la angajații din diferite domenii profesionale. Dihotomia "anagajament organizational - stres ocupațional" constituie, în linii generale, axa conceptuală a unei noi stratageme și a unor recomandări importante aduse factorilor de decizie din cadrul companiilor.</p><p><strong>RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PROFESSIONAL COMMITMENT AND THE PERCEPTION OF EMPLOYMENT STRESS IN DIFFERENT PROFESSIONAL CATEGORIES A (COMPARATIVE STUDY)</strong></p><p>The relevance of the chosen research theme lies in the fact that this type of correlation has not been researched and has not been made a comparative study of the differences that exist between the occupational stress level and the pro­fessional engagement of employees from the different professional fields. This dichotomy of "organizational commit­ment - occupational stress" is, in general terms, the conceptual axis of a new stratagem and important recommendations for decision-makers within the companies.</p>
