<p>Cercetarea dată prezintă sinteze teoretice şi practice privind relevarea motivaţiei şi a intereselor ca dominante prin­cipale ale procesului educaţional. Astfel, observăm că relaţia dintre motivaţie şi interesele personalităţii în procesul edu­caţional formează un tot coerent, profesorul fiind acel agent al schimbării, pregătindu-şi elevii în această perspectivă care se constituie, tot mai mult, într-o dimensiune a omului contemporan.</p><p><strong>PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TEACHERS' MOTIVATION</strong></p><pre>This research presents theoretical and practical syntheses regarding the revelation <br />of motivation and interests as the main dominants of the educational process. <br />Thus, we notice that the relationship between motivation and personality interests<br />in the educational process forms a whole, the teacher being that agent of change, <br />preparing his students in this perspective, which increasingly is becoming a <br />dimension of contemporary man.<strong></strong></pre>
