Description
Summary:The study is a reflection on the effectiveness of marketisation of higher education in the area of preparing future graduates to function in the realities of dynamic changes in the labour market. The offer of universities should be adapted to the needs of the labour market, which is constantly changing. Attention should be paid to the need for cooperation between the labour market and the education market, because only such a relationship seems to bring measurable benefits to the individual, the complementary education and work system.
