The common oral findings include the gingival enlargement, oral ulcers, and loosening of teeth. The variable radiographic appearance mimicking odontogenic cyst, osteomyelitis, or a malignancy poses a diagnostic challenge. This rare case report emphasizes on the differential diagnosis of LCH. | ||
