<b>Resumen</b><p align="justify">En primer término, sobre la base de un análisis cuantitativo elemental, intentaremos mostrar que la estructura de los campeonatos oficiales de fútbol en Argentina es injusta porque excluye a la mayoría del país (que está miserablemente representada) y se ajusta a un modelo tradicional de explotación mediante el cual el "centro" abusa de la periferia. En la segunda parte vamos a proponer una estructura organizativa más justa para el fútbol argentino. El problema de cómo organizar el fútbol trasciende la pasión por el más popular de los deportes: Puede ser una plataforma educativa y cultural formidable para cambiar la percepción de cómo se organiza el país y de cómo repartimos la escasez o la abundancia.</p><b> Abstract</b><p align="justify">At first, from the basis of an elementary quantitative analysis, we will try to show that the structure of official football tour- naments in Argentina is unfair, because it excludes the majority of the country (which is miserably represented) and it reproduces a hierarchical scheme through which the center abuses its power. In the second section, we will propose a fairer structure for the Argentinean football championships. The problem of how to organize the football tournaments goes beyond the passion for the most popular of sports: It could be a formidable background aiming at changing both the perception of the way we organize the country and of the decisions we take in times of abundance or shortage.</p>
