| Summary: | Purpose is to study the self-esteem and level of claims of pupils of a football club for preschool children in Kharkov. Material and methods: 15 boys aged 6 to 7 years who play football from 5 months to 1.5 years participated in the experiment. To study the self-esteem and level of claims of children, we applied the "Ladder" technique. Results: the data obtained during the study indicate that in the group of pupils, for almost all the proposed characteristics, the level of claims is higher than the level of self-esteem. Only by the characteristics of riskiness and anxiety, the studied pupils have the same indicators both in self-esteem and in the level of claims. Conclusions: the general level of self-esteem of the studied pupils of the football club for preschoolers is on the first line, which indicates an adequate self-esteem with a tendency to underestimated. Claim level results indicate a realistic level with a tendency to overestimate. |
