Summary:Lymphangioma circumscriptum is a microcystic lymphatic malformation localized to an area of the skin, subcutaneous tissue, and muscle which presents with vesiculo-papules or warty lesions, resembling a "frog spawn." Keloids develop due to the proliferation of dermal tissue following skin injury.
