Summary:<p><em>Atopic dermatitis remains an important medico-social problem due to its high spread in the population and development of complications. External non-steroid therapy remains first line treatment. This article presents treatment results of 40 patients aged 1 to 17 years old with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis with Zinocap cream (pirition zinc).
