The author has disclosed approach to formation of specialization, proposed the technology for selection, orientation and preparation of athletes in group exercise, and systematized the criteria for selecting female gymnasts for group exercise. On the basis of preformed research, the author have substantiated and tested the effectiveness of proposed approach and developed technology for selection, orientation and preparation of female gymnasts for group exercise at the initial stages, which can be used at subsequent stages of multi-year improvement. |
