Summary: | The intent of this article is to present the project "I Know How to Learn" realized from 2011 to 2014 in the schools of the Warmia-Mazury Voivodeship and its effects. The project was an educational innovation. Participation in the project allowed the author the critical insight into the schoolteachers' adaptability to changing the educational reality through innovative teaching methods that meet the capabilities and needs of the students. The author discusses the problem of resistance to change, as well as a few ways to overcome it in the social context of school. Conclusions of that critical reflection can contribute to practical improvement of teachers' competence. |
