Summary:Pancreatic pseudocysts (PPs) rarely occur in the fetus. Accurate prenatal diagnosis is challenging. We report a case of left upper abdominal cystic mass detected by prenatal ultrasonography and Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), which finally proven PPs histologically after birth.
