PROGRAM DE LICENȚĂ "DREPT" CU APLICAREA METODEI DE ÎNVĂȚARE BAZATĂ PE PROBLEME. REALITĂȚI, RECOMANDĂRI ȘI OBIECTIVE

<p class="bodytext">Acest articol are ca obiectiv descrierea elementelor-cheie ale programului-pilot elaborat și implementat la specia­litatea "Drept" începând cu anul de studii 2017-2018. Acest program-pilot este axat pe metoda învăţare bazată pe probleme (problem based learning: PBL), fiind remodelat în cadrul proiectului Erasmus+ "<em>Introducerea metodelor de învăţare bazată pe probleme în Moldova: Sporirea competitivității şi angajabilităţii studenților</em>". Sunt dezvăluite nece­sitățile ce au determinat reproiectarea programului existent, fiind luate în considerare bunele practici ale universităților europene. De asemenea, sunt evidențiate unele recomandări pentru viitor cu privire la modalitățile de aplicare a metodei PBL în cadrul programului-pilot.</p><p class="bodytext"><strong>PILOT STUDY PROGRAM (SPECIALTY "LAW") FOCUSED ON PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING. </strong><strong>REALITIES, RECOMMENDATIONS AND OBJECTIVES</strong></p><p class="bodytext">This article aims to describe the key elements of the pilot program developed and implemented in the "Law" specialty starting with the study year 2017-2018. This pilot program is focused on the problem-based learning (PBL) method, being remodeled in the Erasmus + project "Introducing Problem-Based Learning inMoldova: Toward Enhancing Students Competitiveness and Employability - PBLMD." The necessities that led to the redesign of the existing program are revealed, taking into account the good practices of the European universities. Some recommendations for the future on how to apply the PBL method in the pilot program are also highlighted.</p>
