Failure to treat the material with these optimal parameters will result in undesired hardness. To determine the most </em><span style="font-family: TribuneItalic; font-size: 9pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"><em>favorable value of these two parameters, an experiment was done with 3 different material thicknesses, and 3 different exposure </em><span style="font-family: TribuneItalic; font-size: 9pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"><em>times.
