| Summary: | This article shows the special features of the influence of chemotherapy on the indices of the activity of ribosomal genes in vivo. Reduction in the indices of the functional activity of ribosomal genes on 10 chromosomes after the first course of poly-chemotherapy and increase after the third course is discovered. It is shown that this modification effect appeared due to the indices of the functional activity of ribosomal genes on the D-chromosomes. Index on the G-chromosomes demonstrated its stability. Also an increase in the number of chromosomes was shown, which entered association, and number of associations of acrocentric chromosomes. The observed differences in the indices of the activity of ribosomal genes with different courses of polychemotherapy reflect the special features of response reactions to the manifestation of exogenous actions of chemical ingredients. |
